100% satisfied. We were riding for the Grand Tour when the bike started leaking oil. We were able to get the PHD and they took in the bike, actually had the parts and serviced in under and hour. THANK YOU SOOOO MUCH.

The guys here were very helpful with inspecting a heat issue on my bike. They did a flash and inspected to see if it helped fix it. The service department was very friendly and kind while I waited.

Unexpected bike trouble just outside of Paris with my group of 5 riders heading to Arkansas, so we pulled into Harley. Complete charging system had gone bad. '06 Roadking classic. Justin and the service team gave me options and did their best to fit me in their overbooked schedule. They set realistic expectations on the job. We hung out in the comfy waiting room sofa as they went over and above to get us back on the road 4 hours later. And the final price was less than the original quote! Can't say enough about their hospitality, honesty and professionalism.

We did a toys for tots motorcycle ride from Texarkana to Paris. Our final destination was here it was great, and the children got to see Santa had a great turn out thanks Harley Davidson for your support.

I drove over two hours to Paris Harley-Davidson. Simply the best buying experience ever! I texted, chatted with and called at least 5 Harley dealerships looking for the Wicked Orange CVO. Only two salesman called me back. One was Lonnie Henderson. Not only was Lonnie responsive, he was knowledgeable and straight forward. Of the two dealerships that did respond, only Paris Harley-Davidson would actually send me over a buyers order. Lonnie was very straight forward with the price. As most Harley riders know the 2022 CVO is in high demand. Lonnie didn't play any games with the price and kept his word. We agreed on the price and that's when Lonnie's excellent customer service continued. Lonnie's knowledge of the bike was excellent and put me at ease with any concerns about my purchase.
The guys in parts and the service department were equally responsive and friendly.
If you are looking for the best customer service and prices that are more than fair, do what I did and make the drive to Paris Harley-Davidson. Ask for Lonnie when you get there. You will not regret it.Darrell Lyons -
Recently went to Texas for a visit. Stopped in at Paris harley. This is a great group of people that will go more than out of the way to get you the right deal. Love dealing with billy jack. Service department was great at meeting my expectations. Would definitely buy from these guys again.

This dealership is great. Paul at the service desk and Kyle in service are outstanding. Was having difficulty getting my TPMS sensors programmed on my 20 FLTRK and Kyle seems to have the magic touch. Stopped by Monday and there was difficulty in getting them to program. Didn't have a lot of time since I was traveling. Stopped by Fri morning on my way back. 30 minutes and Kyle worked some magic and I was out the door. This dealership along with its sister store Lone Star Harley in Tyler are both owned by an independent rather than a corporate conglomeration and it shows. Customer satisfaction is still their top priority rather than trying to squeeze every last cent out of you like the corporation conglomerate mentality. My new dealerships!
